need help with Domain transfer!

    Hi! Needing advice on whether to renew my domain with wordpress and map to my new site or transfer the domain, but I’m not receiving transfer code emails. Desperately need help.

    Hi Paul, Thanks for response, I appreciate the credit as well. I am upset that we lost the domain, could more have been done to retain it if I have more timely support? I understand it is out of your control now but is there anything we can find out about when it will be released again? Is there a contact at the current registrar that could give you more information on its status?

    Your domain expired on December 17, 2013.

    We attempted to inform you of your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration, but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar who then sold it to a new owner. This support article describes the expiration process in detail, if you are interested:

    Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain

    Contact information for the new domain owner, if any, can be found here:

    http://who.is/whois/fannylumsden.com

    You could try contacting them to see if they will sell the domain to you.

    Thanks for the help Paul, The email I received gave me the impression that the domain would not be cancelled until I confirmed cancellation but I do appreciate what you have told me. I have contacted the new domain owner and am hoping for the best. Thanks for your help.
