Need help with domain transfer – clientTransferProhibited status

  Hello,

  I’m trying to transfer my domain zeagullhk.com to Hostinger, but I’m encountering some issues:

  1. I cannot see my domain in my WordPress.com Domains dashboard
  2. When I check WHOIS, it shows “clientTransferProhibited” status
  3. I need help removing the transfer lock and getting the authorization/EPP code

  Could someone please help me access my domain settings so I can proceed with the transfer?

  You are simply logged in to the wrong account! Log out from current and log in again to the account owning that domain.

  If you can’t remember the login credentials, you can use the Transaction ID – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

  ⚠️ I checked zeagullhk.com, but you canceled (and refunded) it on 2024-12-23.

  Given that it was transferred to WordPress.com on 2024-12-22 05:25:52 UTC, it was under the transfer lock (60 days) that would’ve ended on 2025-02-20.

  Edit: You couldn’t transfer it away because of the transfer lock.

  💡 All registrars enforce the transfer lock for newly registered domains.

  If you want to continue using it, we can help restore it.
