Need help with domain update

    HI there,

    I have purchased a new domain for janabolotin.com I am currently locked out of my original admin account for janabolotin.com. Can you assist with this? I need to delete this wordpress account and get access to my Jana Bolotin one and connect my nestingdollmedia.com new domain I purchased from Go Daddy. Please let me know if you can support me with this.

    Hi there,

    The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site at janabolotin.com is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this.
