Hi @tebohobigmishmaroba, this is a support forum for a WordPress site that is hosted on WordPress.com. Since you are using the localhost version of WordPress, please open a new thread on the WordPress.org forums. It seems to me that WordPress did not install correctly. You can try reinstalling your WordPress site.

Had the same problem and compared with another installation. One file and the loading from this file has been missing:
- copy: cp ./wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-6.7-de_de_formal/wordpress/wp-includes/class-wp-block-metadata-registry.php wp-includes/
- add to wp-settings.php, around line 358: require ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/class-wp-block-metadata-registry.php’;

Yep, I’d same challenge. Adding the following solved to wp-settings.php line 353 solved it.
require ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/class-wp-block-metadata-registry.php’;
