Need help with exisiting wordpress site

  I need someone to contact me asap regarding a company site which was created by a former colleague who has left the firm and is not reachable. There is no contact information that I can see anywhere on this site. Please let me know how I can get a live person to resolve this!

  (I tried recovering the page but don’t have the proof of ownership details so can’t even submit the form.)

  Thanks! Would prefer not to post it on a public forum. I was finally able to reach someone through Live Chat and was told my issue has been transferred to the technology department and someone will email me. Fingers crossed!
