Need help with export file

    I need to export my blog into my Coldwell Banker website. I am getting the following message.
    Import WordPress
    1:1 Not well-formed (invalid token)
    Some bad characters were found in the xml file
    There was an error when reading this WXR file

    Details are shown above. The importer will now try again with a different parser…

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

    Correct account: Yes
