Need help with Feature Design

I need to develop a feature, that will allow me to have Users Register for my website. I sell services, so whenever they fill out a form, and purchase, I would like for them to be able to come back and see the information they’ve type in the forms they purchase through. Not anything with their Credit Card, but just the information they used in the form, and their purchase history. I would REALLY like to be able to tie in support, such as Zendesk or something to this. Anyone know of a Plugin?

You need to read this http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and undertsand that there is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install any plugins. What you are describing cannot be done on a free hosted wordpress.com blog as it cannot be equipped for e-commerce. It can be done on a wordpress.org install and all support for wordpress.org installs is provide here http://wordpress.org/support/
