Need Help with footer

  OK so I’m trying to create a footer like the one on the website lolashoetique.com the black one with the hashtag, instagram, and facebook, icons and mailing list.

  The website im trying to do this on is quincebymelissa.net. At the bottom you will notice there is a header box yet it is transparent. I would like to know how to make it black and also add the instagram hastag and icons.

  All help will be appreciated!
