Need help with header

  Hi guys.

  I would like to know how to add an “about” this blog section (link in the header) to my blog. Help would be much appreciated.

  Since your blog is private, we can’t see what theme you are using. Most themes already come with an “About” Page as a part of the set up. If you’ve accidentally deleted it, either retrieve it from the Trash or add a new Page. Depending on your theme, it should appear in the navbar of your header automatically.

  I am using Twenty-Ten, but there’s nothing in the trash and I don’t know how to go about creating a page. Some more help would be nice, sorry for the trouble.
