Need Help with Homepage image not losing content when browser size changes

  Hi Guys

  My homepage hero image is a jpeg that has messaging/marketing-speak text as a part of the flat image – on the bottom of the image. I’m using the techup theme. And when I shrink the browser window or resize it – or view the site on mobile, the image does not automatically scale and loses the text in the image. I’ve tried changing “cover” to “center” etc. but am at a loss.

  Any help would be Sooooo appreciated! This is a re-post of sorts from yesterday.
