Hi there,
We cannot change the DNS for a domain that is not registered with us. You need to contact your domain registrar for help with this.
Additionally, as you’ve mapped a subdomain, blog.reddoorz.com, to your site you should not set the name servers to WordPress.com. Instead, you need to create a subdomain for blog that points to reddoorz.wordpress.com
