Need help with menu displaying in the footer area and cannot be removed

  Hi I am not sure what I did, I simply tried to adjust to remove the menu on a few pages by adjusting the CSS setting. Since then I am noticing that all my pages that is using templates is displaying my menu in a text style at the footer region. I tried to remove all the CSS script but the problem still persist
  
  As you can see, pages using templates will have this issue . sorry that picture is very small

  

  
  
  But pages I use Smart Theme does not have this issue.
