need help with modularity slideshow.

The pictures in my posts are not 950 x 425 px. Does that mean they won’t show up as a slide show? Is there some way of changing the size of my pictures so that I can use them as a slide show. Even though I’ve clicked everything to activate the slide show it isn’t starting. Is this because my pictures are too small? What can I do? I have to use specfic pictures because they are ones I’ve taken in Africa.

Yes. Featured images must be correctly optimized and presized to the dimendions required by the theme, prior to uploading them. You can use desktop image editing software or free online image editing software to prepare the images to fit the space you intend to use them in.
The slideshow works with images attached to the front page posts. The images cannot be hosted elsehwre. They must be uploaded from your computer to the blog via the Add Media button of those posts.
