Need help with my blog site

  I have two questions:
  1. I need to increase the column width of the header in my by line (to make the text look shorter). How?
  2. Where and how can I add something about me, the blogger?

  1) Do you have the custom design upgrade?

  2) Add the Authors widget, or a text widget with info about yourself, or make a page About The Author.
