  Hi, i need help with my friend’s account. Apparently he lost his password, and he didn’t receive the email for lost password request.

  Can you see into this?

  His account username is febriadiputra
  his blog is febriadiputra.wordpress.com

  He needs to check the spam folder of his email account. And it can take up to an hour for the email to show up at all.

  He already checked his spam folder and found nothing.

  Can you see the email address the recovery email was sent to? It will help greatly. Someone might hacked into and changed his email address.

  No, I can’t. Have him try again. If that doesn’t work within an hour, come back here and put “modlook” in the Tags box on the right of this page and click Add. That will summon the staff to fix things.

  Will do that. Apparently his email was not found in the wordpress database.
