need help with my rss feed widget

Help! I added a rss and rss feed widget. one says there’s an error and the other takes you to a script page ( i think) my url is https://thehappyhorror.wordpress.com/ someone please help. i’m new to this, and i haven’t upgraded so i can’t use plug ins. thanks

Looks like you have added https://thehappyhorror.wordpress.com as the feed url.
The correct url is https://thehappyhorror.wordpress.com/feed
Most popular plugins are built into WordPress.com so plugins can’t be added regardless of the upgrade.

Omg, it worked! Thank you so much. One more question please, when I press the post and comment rss widget I added, is it supossed to go to another page with a bunch of text/script? Sorry, the only thing I know about rss is it’s important. Thanks for helping me.

The post and comments rss widget is working as it should be. So if I want to subscribe to your comments rss, I will click on the RSS – Comments link which will take me to https://thehappyhorror.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
You will see that there is a Subscribe to this feed using label and a drop down box next to it listing some programs using which I can subscribe to your comments.
I can also copy the link https://thehappyhorror.wordpress.com/comments/feed/ directly into feed aggregators like Feedly and subscribe to your comments.
In short, your feed widgets are working as they should :)
