Need help with my website jetpack installation

I need ASAP installing jetpack onto my website. It’s been 2 and half days I’ve got only one response that didn’t give me any direction. When I Try to install the jetpack plug in, it tells me to delete the old folder of jetpack. Signs point to ftp/file manager but I can’t find them and none of the plug ins will download. Help asap. Step by step works easy for me. Thanks in advance richflairs.com

This is the wordpress.COM support forum where we provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted blogs. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
