Need help with old site

Is there a way I can talk to someone privately who works for WordPress or something? I have a old site I was a part of back in 2009 on WordPress, and I need to delete it because I was a young idiot and showed some… information. Nervous about it and regret it now.

Only a logged-in admin on a site can delete it.

Okay, that’s going to be a problem. The site was owned by a friend of mine at the time, and I don’t know any of their information, and don’t remember the pages information too, as this was over 10 years ago, and I have not been in contact with them since, so I don’t know how to contact them or even if they go under the username I knew them as before now.
I know their username and I have the site’s link. I can provide that information to you, privately if need be, and I can provide my information, like username, and link them too. -
I do know the site is still linked to their email, as I tried to get a new password but I never got the link, as it was never sent to my email, so under that pretence, it means it’s still under their email. However, I don’t know the email they used.
Uhg. This is a problem.The site has not been used in over 10 years. Can you not just remove it?

Only the site owner can take the site offline. We can also do it but only with approval from the site owner, and not from a different account such as your @blackjojo3233 account.
However, if you are able to provide proof of ownership that will work. We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

Okay, again, I can’t “prove” the account is mine because it’s not in a sense. One part of it IS mine, but it was under a old friends name/email. It was a blog, and all I wanna do is talk to a member of staff in a private message or something to give them the full story, since it contains private information that I would rather not give attention to by linking it here. I have links and names, but I don’t know the persons current contact info as this was over 10 years ago. And if you can’t delete the site itself, even though it’s well over 10 years old, without “proof”, then it will remain up forever?
I can provide links to the site itself, and usernames, etc, but I don’t have any “activation keys” or anything else since it was set up under them and I was like an “admin” or something. -
