Need help with Pages &

In my opinion, I like how the pages on WordPress were created before. Recently I moved all my files to a new server because I got a new domain. When I transfered all my files, they were all new urls.
Even though the page should be http://www.kh-recharged.com/site…it comes up as http://kh-recharged.com/?page_id=240. I tried changing the url of the page, but it only lets me permalinks (which opens a new tab) and tells me to make urls for the website. You have the option of default, day and name, month and name, numeric and custom structure.
So, I wanted custom for each page, but when I set one page as /site all the pages on my news turn into that page as well, which means you wouldn’t be able to view the news. If I keep it default, all my news shows, but my pages cannot be found.
In the coding of the site, everything is set with a name structure in the url to match with wordpress, but I do not want to take links like http://kh-recharged.com/?page_id=240, because those cannot be found easy for fans.
Can anyone help me?
