Need help with password

  The person responsible for our site is no longer with the organization She did not leave the password with anyone and we are locked out of our website and cannot make any changes. We have tried everything to no avail. Can you help us retrieve or set up a new password.

  This must be frustrating. Have you already tried the account recovery steps? If you have access to the email on the account, this may work for you:
