need help with Permalink Settings

I need help to with my Permalink Settings I paid for auction press and every time I email them about this problem their answers are short and I got a hosting that use wordpress and they can’t help me I feel like I have spent my money for nothing can you please help me? also how much would it cost to get one of you to help me just need a little bit of help thank you.

We cannot change our permalink setting on any free hosted WordPress.com blog like this one http://bidingyourway.wordpress.com/auctionpress is for WordPress>ORG sites only. WordPress.com and WordPress.ORG are not the same. The two are not the same. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes then you will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.
