  Hi there,

  Use the lost password form to reset your password.

  There you can enter in your WordPress.com username or email address.

  You’ll then receive an email to the address associated with your WordPress.com account permitting you to reset your password.

  Can you confirm the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  I can see a couple of password reset attempts for the account you used to post this forum thread, but you’re already logged into this account, so you shouldn’t need to reset it – to change the password for an account you’re already logged into you can just go to the Account Settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/security/password
