Need help with plugin

  I bought wordpress and I need to put a plugin with klickpages . I couldn’t find a “plug-in” button at /wp-admin and I already have the files but I don’t know how to plug it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry, plugins are not allowed at WordPress.com for security reasons.
