Need help with posting to pages

  Hello wordpress team,
  I would kindly appreciate any help available. I’ve created some categories and post to them, but I noticed that the categories did not appear at the top of the blog, so I created some pages which appeared at the top of the blog exactly how I wanted it. I know that posting to the pages has something to do with making a few changes to the word menu. I’ve tried everything but cannot seem to get the pages to appear at the side bar when I click on post a message. I even tried deleting the categories just to see if the pages would show up at the side bar where I’m creating the post but its still not showing. Can anyone explain to me how to make posts to the newly created pages?

  You are almost there.

  You just have to add categories to your menu, just like how you have added the pages. You can read this handy guide: https://dailypost.wordpress.com/2014/05/24/perennial-favorites-custom-menus/

  If you don’t have much time, just read the section starting with When adding categories, to learn how to add your categories to your menu.
