Need Help With Recurring Fee

I had my recurring fee taken out of my account early. It was taken out today and shouldn’t have been processed until December of this year. Who can I talk to regarding a refund and the fee to be deducted from my account in December when the payment should have originally been processed?

All Upgrades if they are on Auto Renew – renew 30 days before they expire to give you time if something does not work with the renewal (changed credit card number for example) that what ever caused the renewal to fail can be fixed with out an emergency –
In Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> you had Auto Renew enabled and the renew date has shown for the last 11 or 12 months as today
You can cancel the Auto Renew so it does not happen again and set to Manual Renew. You can also cancel any upgrade renewal except domain registration at the same location –
