need help with refund,

    Hello!
    I purchased premium plan for my site https://lifestyleofsuccessblog.wordpress.com/

    I had premium plan 96€ active on site.

    The plan was to transfer site from my own account to my friends account and make him buy his own plan for webpage. After transfering the site i noticed that i dont have any active purchases on my account and my friend has 1 active. we tought that if he removes this active(the one i bought on my own account) i will get refunded and after that he buys his own plan on his own account so i dont have to use my card on his account. When i bought plan it said 14 day money refund guarantee. I bought the plan 2 days ago.

    But now i am researching on internet that if it says only remove you dont get refunded. how do i get refunded?

    Hello @laurimusto1,

    I checked your WordPress.com account and it appears that you were already refunded on the 6th of March.

    While this refund is immediate on our part, it can usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. If you still haven’t received it by then, your card issuer or bank is the best person to contact.
