Need help with refund due to auto renual

Hi
I have been charged 18 $ because of default auto renewal setting on the above mentioned date which was I was certainly unaware of at the time of joining a year a ago. Please refund the amount and cancel my account as i am unable to do it through the “manage purchases”. in my account.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. When you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade what do you see in these two locations please?

I can see that auto-renew has now been turned off for your subscriptions. Although your card was authorized for the total amount, that has been voided and you will not be charged. It will depend on your card provider as to how long it will take for the authorization to be removed.
