Need help with "reserved" wordpress blog
-
Hi all – I own a domain through network solutions. I would like to set up a free website through wordpress (or maybe I will have to pay wordpress.org if I want more functionality than just a blog?). But I would like my wordpress to have the same name as my domain, that is, I want example.wordpress.com to match my example.com. But wordpress says the name is “reserved,” but when I go to it (that is, when I try to go to example.wordpress.com), it says it doesn’t exist. Is there a way to find out how I could get that wordpress name? It seems weird for my professional website to redirect from example.com to myname.wordpress.com. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account. Also note that if your purchase a domain via a domain mapping uopgrade and map an existing domain name to it, then it doesn’t matter what the underlying .wordpress.com subdomain URL is.

Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.
