Need Help With Setup

  I have installed WordPress Blog tool on my computer which is localhost/wordpress and it has a username and password. I then signed up for a free blog at Wordpess, which has a different username and password. How do I
  change the information on the localhost so i can use/publish the blog I signed up for?
  Any help is greatly appreciated.
