need help with site not working properly

    I was told my site was not compatible with jetpack at the time so everything stopped working and my site had to get restored… after getting restored everything was somehow not working… bank account was not connected to accept purchases, lost amount of visitors and sales… in between the attempt to fixing only had 3 sales in almost 2 months, I need help when woo commerce was working, I had more sales and visitors… is woo commerce not connected to my site? what’s the difference my site seems not completely working correctly? I need assistance keep contacting WordPress and calling host gator for help with these issues not getting resolved everywhere I call is no help they can’t find the problem… if this continues I want credit and will discontinue my services.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your site, but I’m afraid there’s not much we’ll be able to do from our end:

    Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and your site isn’t hosted on our servers, so we have no control over how it works. You need a WordPress.com account to use the Jetpack plugin, and you need that in turn to use the WooCommerce Shipping and WooCommerce Payments add-ons, but that’s as far as our involvement with your site goes.

    If you’re having trouble with either of those WooCommerce add-ons, or any other payment gateway plugin you downloaded from WooCommerce.com, please contact WooCommerce support at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ – you can use your WordPress.com account to log in over there.
