Need help with site/ purchase/ someone to guide me

    Hi,
    I am terrible at online websites and etc. But, I have found a new passion, I want to blog or write stories. I can’t seem to figure how to do this? Currently, I use blogger but all of topics that i have posted so far are not in one place. Each time, I have to have another site or something… Not sure how that works. Is there a way we can figure out together how to do this. I am willing to pay more if someone can just help me get started. I am nervous to do this. However, I feel as if this may be better option then a Blogger? Please advise.
