Need help with slider removal
-
Hi,
I have a paid theme “compare” and I got some assistance from them regarding removing the slider as listed below;1) Take a full code and database backup in case something goes wrong and you need to put things back how they were
2) Open home.php
3) Delete line 61 (<?php get_sidwbar(); ?>
4) Save the fileThis did fix the issue on some pages such as “Blog” although it didn’t remove the indent. However, it still remains on the review and contact pages etc. I have checked all the pages which are still displaying the slider and under the page attributes, there are no parent, but the template is set to default. I am happy with removing code but I don’t have time flicking through each and every different page to find where the code is.
Can someone point me in the right direction so I can remove the code?
Thanks
