Need Help with SMS Recovery with Two-Step Authentication

Can someone help me with accessing my account? I don’t have my old number and the backup recovery codes anymore. But I have proof of account ownership. I can provide + the email notifications from WP. Please see attached.
Unfortunately, only the password can be reset and I have done that, but still can’t access my account since it’s asking for verification code or backup recovery. Please help, thanks so much.
