Need help with spaces between header/footer and the body from both sides

    On multiple pages there is a space I need to close between the body content and the header and the footer on various pages. I have a screenshot that I don’t know where to add here.

    It sounds like you’re dealing with a common layout issue where the theme or page builder has default “padding” or “margin” settings that are a bit too generous. Since you can’t upload the screenshot directly, the best way to tackle this as a forum member is to look for the “Global Styles” or “Spacing” settings in your site customizer. Most modern platforms have a section specifically for “Layout” where you can adjust the top and bottom margins of the main content area to pull it closer to the header and footer. If that doesn’t do the trick, you might need to add a tiny bit of Custom CSS to the site, such as setting the padding-top and padding-bottom of your main container to 0.
