need help with spacing

  hi
  i was wondering if someone could help me here, if you have a look at our page under the page tabs there is a large white border, i want to remove this. Also our page headings sit quite low and i wanted to raise these up.
  Any help is much appreciated and i thank you for your help in advance.

  I looked at http://libertonkirk.net/ and I see you are currently using the Mystique theme.

  Working with the CSS you already have, if you add this to get rid of the top margin above the content and sidebar, it should get rid of the extra space you’re talking about:

  #content, #sidebar {
  margin-top: 0;
  }

  To move the headings up in your Mystique theme, try this:

  .post {
  margin-top: 0;
  padding-top: 0;
  }
