Need help with template

I recently just purchased a website template from a company and they sent it to me in an email and they told me that i had to download it onto my tablet or computer and after doing that have not been able to find it and realized it was in a sealed folder anyway I can get my template and finish making my website despite using WordPress every time I read the instructions that came with Mike template and watch YouTube videos on how to get my template unsealed I can’t get WordPress to work like everyone else can and can use some help

You’ll need to talk to the template provider about getting another copy of the file.
We only support WordPress.com hosted sites here in this forum.
It sounds like the site you are working on though is set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that version comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
