Need help with the woocommerce plugin already purchased

  Woocommerce extensions and subscriptions not visible. Blank screen shows on the WP admin page. Also tried to purchase, download, install and activate the ‘stripe’ plugin to accept payments on my website but I am unable to do so due to technical issues with the WP portal. Kindly assist.
