need help with theme. Want to change it, but its bit complicated

  Hey guys!

  This is the theme I want to have. Its minimalist, bright, simple. Exactly what I need. But can’t figure out how to apply it. Believe me, I am really horrible in all the technology stuff, so please if you can explain me in very simple words? What I figured so far, they offer to change it to wordpress.org in order to have this theme, but I don’t want to change.

  Any other thoughts on how to have this theme ?
