Need help with transitioning content from Hubspot to WordPress

    Hello Team,

    Hope you’re doing well.

We will very soon transition our company website viz. http://www.startek.com from HubSpot to WordPress.

We need some assistance in the importing process.

Now HubSpot only has two page export options,
    1. Export in Excel
    2. Export i HTML

We have a around 20+ blog pages that we’d like to import from HubSpot over to WordPress and we were wondering if there is an efficient way of doing this rather than manually copy+pasting stuff.

If there are any plugins you’d recommend to make this transition easier, that’d be super!

I’ve created this account just to message support, but we’ll soon have a corporate account for managing our website.

Thanks and looking to hear from you soon!

    Have a nice day,
    Irwin C

  • Hi Irwin –

Thanks for getting in touch. I’ll be glad to help walk you through this process.

On WordPress.com our team offers a managed hosting environment. This means that we handle all the back end details of the site. Things like back ups, updates, security, spam, seo, ssl, mobile optimization, top notch hosting specs, and sorting out any errors or bugs that pop up along the way. When you run a stand alone WordPress installation, like what y’all have set up, then all of those details fall on to you – so instead of being able to focus on content you spend a ton of time and frustration fixing these sort of issues.

All of our hosting plans are available on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ If you think a managed environment is a better setup for the project and your experience level then we can talk more about how to move your site over and what’s involved with that process.

Last thing. Not sure if y’all have a custom email solution on your roadmap for this project? I didn’t see it on the account yet and wanted to make sure you had this information. Custom email is an easy and affordable way to enhance your communication. Custom emails look professional, they build trust, and enhance your overall brand. Let me know if you have any questions about setting that up.
