Need help with Tumblr import

Hello,
I’m aware of your announcement here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/tumblr-imports/
but it’s ben more the 24 hrs since I tried to import and I just wanted to check if I’m on queue already.
Tumblr is blocked where I live and I use vpn when I go to Tumblr, does this mean I need to keep the vpn on during the import process?
And does logging off Tumblr directly from their site have any effect on the import? I don’t disconnect from Tumblr on the WP import page though.The Tumblr blog I need help with is

I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still queued. It didn’t get stuck. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it, as that could be preventing it from starting.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.

No, this won’t make a difference once the import is queued in our system. If you Tumblr account is connected, the import process should run.
