Need help with tweaking Whitespace Theme…

  I’ve used wordpress for a couple of years with my joeypinkneyDOTcom (I don’t want an inadvertent link). I’ve gotten to the point where I want to customize some stuff in this website.

  I’ve gone to the Whitespace Theme. I like it, but there is a couple of things I need help on figuring out.

  # How do I change the “Put Date Here” to always reflect the current time?
  # How do I change the “Add Quote Here”?
  # How do I get my posts so that words are not added to the right of the pictures? (I just want it to be added below the pictures)
  # How do I change the link color from light blue?

  Okay, more than a couple… I don’t know where to look in the files and folders to change stuff around the way I want.
