Need Help With Two Issues

1- 3 days ago a customer placed an order and forgot to use their coupon code so I issued a partial refund. The refund of $25.50 USD was reflected properly in Square but I have not yet seen it updated in WordPress.
2- I placed an order through our website store for 5 units of one of our products this morning and the order transaction is listed in WordPress under orders but there is no record of it showing up in Square so the inventory level is off by 5 units. Why would the transaction not show up in Square?

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I would recommend reaching out to phttps://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ – they should be able to check what’s happening with the site and if there’s any sync issues that might be causing that.
