need help with user criteria

  Hi all,
  I am new with WP.
  I am want to create a simple booking form.
  Now I want to create a user registration form and login.
  I want
  After login user can see the his old booking and can be create new booking from his member area. how can i define this for user (I have not any idea how to implement this)
  Please help me
