Need help with viewing header with logo.

Header logo is not showing while in view website mode. We are under construction and I have a designer working on the page. She can see the change, but on my access the change is not showing to the header image.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
