Need help with website..

Hi, I am new to wordpress and I have a site I am trying to build. I really need help badly. Pls take a look @ the site.
I tried to get that “home” page off and got it deleted. However, when you go to the site you see the main page has that “not found” feature.
On the “contact” and “Resources and Supporters” there is sections at the bottom where people can leave a comment. I only want that feature on the “blog” page. I tried to remove them but they WON’T come off.
I need help…….someone PLEASE help me!
