Need help with Website and WordPress login

  Hello,
  I own a news site ran through WordPress. Whenever I customize the site and hit publish the published version does not display what I created during the customization.

  Also, the articles are no longer linking to the appropriate pages.

  I added a plugin to clear the cache. It didn’t work and then it disappeared. I then added another plugin to clear the cache and now both cache plugins are visible and my site is super slow.

  Whenever I try to login to WordPress under my news site to get help the login will not work. It will acknowledge usernames and emails but will not take the password when I know it’s correct.

  If you can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

  HI @aboutleahselena your WordPress.com site aboutleahselena.wordpress.com does not have the ability to add plugins, so it sounds like you are talking about another site, yes? I do not see any other sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Yes, I am referring to another site. It looks like I used the same email for both on my end. The site I am having trouble with is thelinkentertainment.com

  I used Go Daddy to purchase the domain but the site is run through WordPress.

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org which is quite different, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/. Support for sites using the open source wordpress.org is at https://wordpress.org/support/
