Need help with what to do

    Hi
    I want create a page with 7 to 8 services which i want to sell to my customers.

    What im thinking of is a table where in the first column i list my services, in the second column is the rate of each service, third column is the another rate of advanced options of the same services (where my clients should choose either to take the basic or the advanced option of the same service)
    And in the last row, there will be total rate of the different services choosed by the customer.

    Below the table is the order now button which once the customer press it, it generates an email to be sent to me with a form to be filled like name email, mobile number, and the subject will be list of items required by the customer.

    What theme, or plug-ins i need to have to do that configuration?
