Need help with wp-admin login

Hello. I have been trying to access my site for a few weeks now. It keeps displaying a 404 error page. I own this site and have the Godaddy domain access/login. It seems as though a previous colleague may have disabled or deactivated the wp-admin access. I am unsure if this a payment issue or perhaps a bug or plugin issue. I’d appreciate any assistance to resolve this. I have tried forgot password options but no joy. Thanks.

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Your complete site is down! To solve this problem you must contact your hosting support.

clearviewtelevision.com is hosted with a different hosting provider, and it’s using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).You can find out more about the differences on this help doc: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
It might be best to contact your current hosting provider to get help with the 404 error and any questions that you might have regarding your site.
