Need Hep. Cant Import Media

  Is there anyone here who can help me import my media? It always shows ‘Failed to import media’. My wordpress.com website is suspended so I transferred to wordpress.org I badly need my media. I tried to contact wordpress.com but they wont reply to my messages even here in the forum. Maybe because I dont have a plan. I would appreciate any help. Thank you
