Need immediate help

as apart of my side business I help clients create wordpress sites and social media pages for their business. I cannot log into an existing wordpress page for one of my clients. He told me it has a virus…. I tried logging in and the page wont load. this is the website and username for the page I need shut down. users are reporting receiving viruses.

That site appears to be with bigcookiewebsites.com and Godaddy so it’s unlikely that the Happiness Engineers at WordPress.com can offer any help. I should look towards WordPress.org support:-
